Our Shipping Policy

Shipping is $12.00 on any size order within the U.S. and is sent by USPS Priority Mail. This generally takes 2 to 3 days. This includes tracking.

International shipping costs are calculated based on country of delivery. They ship by USPS International Priority Mail and generally take 7 to 10 days. Please use the shipping estimator available in your shopping cart to view estimated charges.

Please note that all parasols are custom made and there are no refunds once orders are in process. We will, however, correct any errors or problems with your order.
